Hello! I am a life coach that specializes in helping you — and your organization — find that sweet spot between doing and being.

We are all spread thin these days — and distracted.

No matter how many planners you try, life just seems to feel more and more overwhelming.

The reason, of course, is rooted in our own daily practices and expectations.

I have worked with hundreds of women around the world on creating inner and outer peace at home and while raising children. In my own life, I have always sought out that sweet spot between being productive AND having time for living.
