You get one life. You get this one precious life to do something amazing. To live in pure soul alignment. To lead with joy. Or to make an impact.

And yet … you are just dialing it all in right now and laying low. Hiding in your comfort zone. Hiding from all the hard things of the world.

If you are going to change this world you have to be on the frontlines.

You have to roll up our sleeves and get to it.

I remember being fearless as a child.

I remember being resilient as a teenager and young woman in college.

I remember being filled with gumption as a journalist freshly on the beat.

And then I had children. Became a mom. And somewhere along the way, how I define courage for myself has changed.

Now courage means a whole lot of things but especially it means showing up in this world fully as myself —without apology.

Which is exactly what I bring to my coaching work and my Brave Yes™ Podcast.

Because life is too short to go along with others.

Your secret dreams are worth pursuing.

Even if it means waking up early, long before the rest of your crew.

Even if it means putting all your life distractions on hold.

Even if it means saying no to those you love.

It’s OK.

It’s OK to want things for yourself.

It’s OK to want more for your life and your family.

You can be grateful for what you have AND make space for more joy, more passion, more dreams.

Saying yes to you is the pathway to reclaiming your joy.

Consider me your chief instigator to a more joy-filled life. Let’s talk and dream together. I offer private coaching for women who are ready to take a leap of faith into their own hearts and longings.

It’s YOUR time … listen to this inspirational/aspirational podcast episode now.
